He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Webb Sr. and Edna Webb; and his wife Barbara Copple. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Lou and Phyllis; and his children, Herbert Tucker "Tuck" Webb III (Beth), Scott, Cheri and Rob (Terri). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, tribute donations may be made to Acts Retirement Life Communities Legacy Foundation in appreciation of the excellent care he received at Park Pointe.
