She is survived by: her children, Sandy Adkins, Stephanie Lanier (Rusty) and Karl Buchanan (Darci); her grandchildren, Matthew White (Meghan), Jessica Herring (Ryne), Andrew Buchanan (Alexis) and Kasey Torrez (Sean); her great grandchildren, Kendra White, Luke White, Aiden Torrez, Addison Herring, Avery Torrez, Brooks Buchanan, Avery Herring, Avery White and Hudson Buchanan; and her pet Stella.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to The Metrolina Association for the Blind – Charlotte Chapter.
