He was predeceased by : his parents, Junior Lee Reece and Shirley Mae Baker. He is survived by : his wife Pamela Reece; his children, Amber Reece and Austin Reece; his grandson Everett Reece; his daughter Katrina Tutak; his son-in-law Joe Tutak; his grandson Spencer Myers; his son Eric Reece; and his siblings, Donna Sawyer and Steve Baker.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lake Wylie Christian Assembly (5766 Charlotte Hwy, Clover, SC 29710). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
