Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jerry leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Patty. He is survived by: his wife Susan Plyler; his children, Jerry Patty, Jr. (Emma), Lisa Prusak (Doug) and Amie Dilla; his brother Donald Patty; his stepdaughter Cathy Plyler; and his son Willis Dale Patty. He is also survived by five grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmetto Funeral Home (2049 Carolina Pl, Fort Mill, SC 29708). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Florida.
