He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Bodnar Kozak and John K. Carr Jr.; and his siblings, Glenn Carr and Dawn Carr. He is survived by: his wife Regina Carr; his children, Ashley Ward (Thomas), Jessica Neetz (Jordan), Kyle Teeter (Sydney), Kevin Teeter and John "Bug" Carr (Sasha); his grandchildren, Mariah, Hailey, Julianna, Tommy, Lucas and Leo; and his siblings, Deborah Fabbrini (Ken), Kenneth Carr, Robert Carr and Donald Carr (Charity). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rock Hill, located at 902 Crawford Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730.
