He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert B. Williams Sr. and Mary Boyd Williams; and his siblings, David Lyle Williams Sr., Roger Williams, Wilson Sturgis, Martha Williams and Joann Williams Ghant.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Williams; his wife Patsy G. Williams; and his siblings, Bert Williams Jr., Billy Williams, Bessie Meadows and Peggy Costner.
