Keith Harlan Auten Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Keith Harlan Auten (Rock Hill, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Keith departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Keith. Though Keith may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Auten and Carrie Ard Auten. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Amy Auten; his stepchildren, Brandilynn Stairs (Kevin) and Richard Stairs (Europa); his grandsons, Nathan Auten, John Copeland and Kennedy Stairs; and his sister Sheila Brown.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church or that Keith's memory be honored through an act of kindness.
