Though Laura has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert Frank Sarratt. She is survived by: her mother Mildred "Millie" Garrison of Rock Hill; her daughter Nicole Kingsbury (John) of Rock Hill; her granddaughters, Cadence Kingsbury, Nevaeh Kingsbury, Mihkayle Mason and Alys Zaslove; and her brothers, David Garrison (Novella) of Union, SC and Richard Garrison of Rock Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Sarratt's name to Catawba Baptist Church, Mission Fund, 1450 S. Anderson Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29730; or to Prison Fellowship, Angel Tree, PO Box 1550, Merrifield, VA 22116.

“Peggy, the wife and “Love of His Life” to my best friend Robert, will never be forgotten. I have 50 years of memories: visiting us in DC in the early 1970s, Peggy & Robert's wedding day, the excitement and shock when they decided to move to California, the peace I felt when they moved back. My most recent memories of Peggy are her sitting on our deck, reading a book, sipping an iced latte I made her. Heaven is happier place with Peggy there, yet I will miss her being here. I miss them both.”
