It is with sadness that the passing of Linda Horton Diiorio (Rock Hill, South Carolina) is shared. Linda, born on August 8, 1952, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conde Cheek and Madelyn Ricks Cheek; and her former husband Jonnie E. Horton Jr. Linda. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Joseph Diiorio; her daughter Amanda Ballard (Jeremiah Ballard); her grandchildren, Caleb, Peyton and Gabriel Ballard; her siblings, Carole Elkins (Regie Elkins) and David Cheek (Danielle Cheek); her stepson Joe Diiorio (Flor Diiorio); and her pets, Sugar and Maggie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Linda's memory to the Novant Health Cancer Institute Kemp Bessant Support Center.
