Saunders (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in Christiansburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy K. Saunders and Dora Irene Davis; and his siblings, Roy Saunders, Jr., Donald Saunders, Rose Marie Pearce and Jean Bright.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Spivey Saunders; his sons, Lowell D. Saunders, II (Kathy) and William K. Saunders (Tracy); his sisters, Aleeta Dolge and Judy Green; his grandchildren, Christina Marshall (Daryn), Stephanie of Montana, Sabrina Lopez (Isidro), Brittany, Emoni, Eniyha and Corey Saunders; and his great grandchildren, Trent, Abby, Sadie Mae, Caroline, Jaylynn, Gyda, Sylas, Riven, Noah, Kingston and Londyn.
