Turner (Kenny Fetty) and Pamela Barnett Slagle; her siblings, Ralph Patton (Billie), Bill Patton (Carol), Ruby Gay, Linda Barker (Ed) and Randall Patton (Lynette); her grandchildren, John Eric Skaryak II (Suzanne), Aaron Seth Turner and Christina Marie Estes; her great grandchildren, Triston Michael Barnett, Laney Nicole Skaryak, Ethan Dale Burris, Sarah Rae Barnett and Dalton Richard Estes; and her caregiver TJ.
