She was predeceased by: her father Roger Hammond; and her brothers, Bryan Hammond and Jeff Hammond. She is survived by: her husband Glen Evans; her sons, Colby Evans (Grace) and Hunter Evans; her mother Lydia Hammond; her brother Mark Hammond; and her grandchildren, Lydia and Timothy. She is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
