He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jack Bolus and Pauline Murial Bolus; and his brothers, William Bolus (Bill), John Bolus and Frank Bolus (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bolus (Betty); his children, Michael David Bolus, Jr. (Kirk A. Imhof) and Elizabeth Ruth Bolus (Beth); his grandchildren, Timothy Luke Bolus (Ashly Bolus) and Elizabeth Ashley Bolus; his great grandchildren, Hadley Bolus and Easton Bolus; and his brother-in-law John Swartwout. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
