He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Cash and Anna Cash; his wife Maggie Cash; his siblings, Phillip, Frank and Pat; his niece Tina; and his nephew Ronnie.
He is survived by: his daughter Margarite Zettervall; his grandchildren, Maggie and Jake Zettervall; his sisters, Karen Napalitano (Bill) and Debbie Cash; and his nieces and nephews, Julie, Jennifer, Jessica, Rachel, Wendy, Bonnie, Sherry, Vickie, Frankie and Michael.
Michael's family would be most grateful for donations made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
