He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Holly; his sister Denise Monkewicz; his children, Eric Monkewicz and Shannon Monkewicz; his grandchild Myah Monkewicz; his children-in-law, Naomi Orozco (Victor) and Daniel Trent (Paula); his grandchildren, Cahli and Arin; his great grandchildren, Sage and Ivy; Shawna, Santino and Lorenzo.
