Rowand (Michael) of Rock Hill; his granddaughters, Tara Flynn (Luke), Brooke Frick (Wesley), Tori Price (Mark), Blair Rice (Travis) and Aubrey A. Watson; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Thomas, Abigail Frick, Seanna, Daisy, Zachary, Aubrey Price, TJ, Naomi Rice, Palmer Watson and Regan Flynn.
Memorials may be made in Howard's name to Providence Hospice or Palmetto Bible Camp.
