Robin leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Robin’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Frank Grabow Jr. and Shelby Jean Black. She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Bare; her sons, Gregory Otto (Johnnie) and Randy Otto (Juanita); her sisters, Toni Eichholz (Ken) and Kristie Morgan (Steve); and her grandchildren, Angel, Chloe, Mia and Gracie. She is also survived by her extended family, including four stepchildren and numerous step-grandchildren, along with multiple nieces and nephews.
