With sadness, we share the passing of Rodney Kevin Hampton of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Rodney, born on March 24, 1958, passed away on July 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Rodney for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his father James Archie Hampton; Martha Lee Hampton. He is survived by: his sister Denice Ising (Don); and his nieces, Natalie DaLuz (Carlos) and Bess Annerton (Derek). He is also survived by his four great-nieces and one great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the ALS Foundation in honor of Rodney Hampton. Contributions may be made online at als.org and will support research, patient care, and efforts to find a cure for ALS.
