Sandra Casey Thrift Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Casey Thrift (Rock Hill, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Casey and Ruth Lambert Buffington; and her brother Kenneth Casey. She is survived by: her children, Renee Burt (Raymond), Kathryn Thompson (Wesley) and Chris Thrift; her brother Edward Casey (Louanne); her sister-in-law Carolyn Casey; her grandchildren, RJ Burt (Kathryn), Bryan Burt (Brittney), Kolben Thompson and Brycen Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Rhett Burt and Rhyker Burt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sandra's name to the Humane Society of York County, 8177 Regent Pkwy, Fort Mill, SC 29715.
