She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Smith and Carmella Smith. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Adams; her children, Reagan Phillips and Michael Wilson; and her siblings, Robin Burns (Michael), David Smith (Gloria) and Teresa Smith. She is also survived by her extended family, church family and friends.
