She was predeceased by: her parents, Rabun Welsh and Marie Haynie Welsh; and her brother Donnie Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Tom Templeton; her children, Tom Templeton Jr. (Stefanie), Donna Snider (Gordon) and Dr. Mia Lockett (Mark); her siblings, Jim Welsh (Dianne), Sandra Hembree (Ralph) and Sheila Cheek (Doug); her sister-in-law Carolyn; and her grandchildren, Ross McCurdy, Mason McCurdy, Cooper Lockett, Ryan Lockett, Holt Templeton and John Henry Templeton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
