She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Thomas Hoffman, Jr. and Bonnie Kimbrell Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Gary Bishop; her son Justin Bishop (Sara); her brother Carl Trip Hoffman (Jennifer); and her nephews, Smith, Hudson and Will Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tammy's name to the Hospice & Community Care Center in Rock Hill.
