He is survived by: his children, Robin Boatright (Brian), April Paulk (Matt) and Kevin Stafford; and his grandchildren, Patrick Boatright, Amanda Gulley (Kyle), Samantha Boatright, Tanner Stafford (Kathy), Marshall Stafford (Destiny) and John David Paulk.
