He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitney Donald (Don) and Betty Mulkey Hines; and his sister Carol L. Hines. He is survived by: his wife Martha S. Hines; his sister Melissa Hines Monroe (Max) of Easley, SC; and his niece Maris J. Monroe of Easley, SC..
A memorial service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's United Methodist Church.
