He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy David Hurlocker and Annie Mozelle White; his former wife Barbara Blackmon; and his sisters, Georgia Edwards, Patsy Huggins and Ann Huggins.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hurlocker; his daughter Kristen Hurlocker (Theresa Imbus); his stepchildren, Heather Mills Jonathan (Vernon Mills) and Noah Anderson; and his stepgrandchildren, Keely, Jace McRae, Carolina McRae, Nataya Paisley, Naysha Anderson, Nylan Anderson and Jonathan Brazzell II.
