It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Kelly of Rowesville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 30, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (107 S Parler Ave, St George, SC 29477). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Second Providence Baptist Church (130 Providence Ln, Bowman, SC 29018).
