She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Lee Matthews; and her parents, Walter Hubert Culley and Catherine Taylor Culley. She is survived by: her daughter Betty Anne Rivers; and her stepdaughter Patricia Lynn Cheek. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and by a host of great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
