He is survived by: his wife Sherry Gruber Hawk; his children, Daniel Hawk, Jr. of Ruffin, Dwayne Hawk of Walterboro and Susan Murray Fry (Michael) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Lauren Frey, Tiffany Frey, Daniel I. Hawk, III and Arlene Hawk; and his siblings, Harrison Hawk and Ruth Frey. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
