She is survived by : her husband Robert Paul Johansen of Ruffin; her children, Jay Paul Johansen of Summerville, Jeanine Marie Johansen (John James) of Ruffin, Joseph Earl Johansen of Ruffin and Jeffrey Robert Johansen (Erin Fontaine) of Ruffin; her grandchildren, Nicholas Biondi and Alyssa Johansen; her great grandchild Autumn Hall; her sister Rosalee Hoxie of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Anna Wilson of Longwood, Florida.
