He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lewis Benton and Shirley Elizabeth Sauls Benton. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Benton of Beaufort, SC, Tony Benton and Deana Kesselring of Ridgeland, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Carl Anderson Memorial Chapel.
