He is survived by : his significant other Selma Foster; his sons, Carl Bernard Brown of Orangeburg, SC and Clifford Bryant Brown of Bronx, NY; his grandchildren, Jerelle Shivers of Columbia, SC and Bryanna Brown Hatch (John) of Atlanta, GA; his daughter Joyce Chisholm of Savannah, GA; his granddaughter Ashley Chisholm-Shellman of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchildren, Braydon Chisholm of Atlanta, GA and Chinyere Shellman of Atlanta, GA; his sisters, Ida Tanner of Browns Mill, NJ, Eartha Sewell (Marvin) of Atlanta, GA, Lorene Larkin (Ray) of Orangeburg, SC and Emma Rhett of Columbia, SC; his brother-in-law John Leory Hodges of Rowesville, SC; and his aunt Nancy Rasberry of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
