He was predeceased by: his mother Julie Buchanan Carter; and his grandfather Bobby Carter. He is survived by: his father Buddy Carter (Deanna); his brother Cole Carter (Collins); his niece Claire Julie Carter; his grandparents, Kaye B. Harper, Diane Carter, Jim Buchanan and Larry Harper; his aunts, Kristen Buchanan Hatchell and Stephanie Harper; his cousins, Kaydance Hatchell, Jessica Byrd and Matthew Byrd (Melissa); and his close friend Logan Lowder.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dorchester Academy (234 Academy Rd, St George, SC 29477). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Indian Field Campground.
