He is survived by: his wife Linda Bailey; his children, Ernest Ray Bailey, Woodrow Kevin Bailey, Robert Cooper, Eva Louise Bailey and Geneva Headden; his brother George Norwood Bailey; and his stepdaughter Tonya R. Brandenburg.
