He is survived by: his wife Linda Varner; his daughters, Laura Troutman (Marty), Tina Tyler (Matt) and Yenifer Malaver (Richard Sutcliffe); his grandchildren, Kelly Yeager (Matt), Kaitlyn Nettles (Kyle), Harrison Troutman, Stephanie Hebert (Teddy), Haley White (Joseph), Matthew Tyler (Gracie) and Joshua Avera; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Owen Yeager, Declan, Blake Nettles, Paisley Hebert and Harper Tyler; his siblings, Aldon Varner (Peggy), Rae Adams, Emma Wiggins (Charles) and Vickie Greene (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Donnie Wright (Linda) and Debbie Futch (John); and his niece Jennifer Pence.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (607 N Parler Ave, St George, SC 29477). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthews Baptist Church (2593 Wire Rd, St George, SC 29477).
