He was predeceased by : his father Leon Daniel Clar, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Cinda Gibson Clark Ulmer of Cope; his girlfriend Christy Truluck; his children, Phillp, Matthew, Gage, Chance Clark and Cheyene Clark; and his siblings, Cindy McDonouch (Timothy), Leon Daniel Clark, Jr. of Cope and Joey Deon Clark (Sandy) of Summerville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
