She was predeceased by: her husband Henry R. Spigner, Sr.; her parents, Dewey S. Kemmerlin and Eva Parler Kemmerlin; and her children, Eugene Spigner and Marie Spigner Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Spigner (Stephanie), Randy Spigner (Becky) and Chris Spigner; her niece Pat Harrison (Rick); her nephew Bobby Shoemake; her grandchildren, Dean Spigner, Brandy Sightler (Jeramy), Cole Mitchell, Jessica Wise (Rocky), Christie Gates (David), Kayla Till (Macon), Kyle Mitchell (Jenna), Zach Spigner and Hunter Bair (Katie); and her great grandchild Wilma Frederick. She is also survived by caregiver and friend, as well as many nieces and nephews.
