He is survived by : his mother Elaine Thelma Perkins Wise; his sons, Cody Spires and Josh Winscher (Ashley); and his siblings, Marie Tuten (Thomas), Tammy Gwinn, Rebecca Acton and Jody Bowen (Miranda). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
