He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wingard "Bill" and Mable Ray Seckinger. He is survived by: his nephews, Brian Baltzegar, Larry Baltzegar, Austin Cope, Lawton Robinson, Randy Knight and Joseph Yoakum; his wife Catherine Diane Price of Orangeburg; his children, William Bruce Seckinger, Patty Seckinger Connelley (Rhett) of Orangeburg and Carla Seckinger Jordan of St Matthews; his sisters, Billie Seckinger Knight of Hanahan and Carol Seckinger Avant of St Matthews; his grandchildren, Katie Connelley Fanning (Andy), Brysen Connelley Parnell (Brice), Elizabeth Madison Seckinger and Lawton "Connor" Seckinger (Barry Lynn Lorick); his great grandchild Blair Elaine Parnell; and his close friend Kathy Feagin. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
