He is survived by: his wife JC Abbott; his children, Deanna Marie Rudnick (Kelly), Karen Lesley Abbott, Julie Abbott Hayne (Adams) and Christopher Abbott; and his grandchildren, Vern Spires (Dusty) and Stacy Spires.
