He is survived by : his wife Margaret Stokes Chastain; his children, Barry Neil Chastain (Cathy) of Rock Hill, Jerry Stokes Chastain (Jennifer) of Beaufort and Glenda Chastain Whetstone (Greg) of St Matthews; his sister Frankie Anders of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Justin Whetstone, Catherine Whetstone Burnside, Neil Chastain, Natalie Chastain Cross, Robert Chastain, William Chastain and Henry Chastain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
