He was predeceased by: his sons, Ricky Jenkins and Shelton Davis. He is survived by: his wife Julie B. Jenkins; his children, Rodney Jenkins (Jacqueline), Yvette Jenkins, David Jenkins (Dionne), Shelby Simmons and Crystal Jones (David); and his siblings, William Jenkins, Mary Anderson (Bob), Ruth Williams (Thaddeus), Naomi James and Henry Jenkins (Sharon). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
