He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Eddie" Wiggins and Ethel Timmons Wadford Wiggins. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Wiggins of Pineville, Katlyn Taylor Roberts of St. Stephen, Douglas E. Wiggins, Jr. of Pineville and Jessie Wiggins of Greeleyville; his grandchild Cooper "Coop" Quattlebaum; his siblings, Ronald Driggers, Michael Driggers, Charles Driggers, Paul Harmon and Deborah Livingston (Chris); and his family, David, Bettye Shealy, Jonathan, Charmaine and Luke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
