It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Carter of Saint Stephen, South Carolina, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Singletary Carter; his daughter Diana Lynn Reid (Curtis B.); his grandchildren, Justin Reid and Devon Reid; and his niece Pansy S. Theirse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
