He is survived by : his parents, James Melvin Ford, Jr. and Joyce Ann Middleton Ford; his son Elijah James; his aunts and uncles, Phyllis Mitchell (Herb), Capers Middleton (Barbara), Rosette Middleton, Rev. Clinton Middleton (Gloria), Pastor Laura Pierce and Maude Middleton; and his siblings, Philip, Debra, Gaylen Mitchell, Victoria Mitchell-Radcliff (Demond), Shantell Sweeney, Cherie, Keiona Middleton, Clinton, Benjamin, Shante Middleton of Florida and Joyous Pierce of New York. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
