He was predeceased by : his parents, William Henry Mills and Louise Cumbee Mills; his son Pete Howard; his grandchildren, L. T. Mills, Jr., Justin Tyler Mills and Travis Walker Mills; and his siblings, Margo Harris, Augusta Brown, Robert "Bob" Mills and Johnnie Mills.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra Giggleman Mills; his children, Peggy L. Owen (Jeff) of McClellanville, Lester T. Mills (Laura) of McClellanville, Warren K. Mills (Kelli) of Alvin, A. Randell Mills (Nellie) of Huger and Ronnie Howard (Kim) of Moncks Corner; and his brother William Mills (Gloria) of Moncks Corner. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
