She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alex S. Middleton, Jr. of St. Stephen; her children, Jarrod Middleton (Alicia) of Indian Head, MD, Alex Middleton, Jr. (Shenetta) of St. Stephen, SC and Alexis Middleton of Moncks Corner, SC; her grandchildren, Starr, Jordan, Amare, Amaya Middleton and Willie Amous, Jr.; her mother Daisy Sorrell of Baltimore, MD; her siblings, Larry Brown (Brenda) of Alvin, SC, Antonio Sorrell of Baltimore, MD, Aaron Mosley of St. Stephen, SC, Jesse Mosley of St. Stephen, SC, Albertha Lee (Walter) of Eutawville, SC, Mary McIntosh (Dorlan) of North Carolina, Larry Mosley of St. Stephen, SC, Jarriet Mosley (Mary) of St. Stephen, SC and Roosevelt Mosley (Lottie) of St. Stephen, SC; her father Julius Mosley; and her siblings, Melvin Sorrell III, Sharon Sorrell and Harvey Sorrell.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be receiving friends at their home.
