She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Caddell (Tommy) of St. Stephen and Heidi Butler (Gary) of Garner; her brothers, Johnny Hoffman (Cindy) of St. Stephen, Bobby Hoffman (Terry) of St. Stephen and Hugh Hoffman (Donna) of St. Stephen; her grandchildren, Casey Segars (Ryan) of St. Stephen and Connor Butler (Becca) of Asheville; her great grandchild Ansley Segars; her friend Katrina Clark; her grandchildren, Sha Johnson and Kendra Vandross; and her cousins, JoAnn Driggers and Mary Blackmon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
