He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Knudsen Chamberlain of Salem; and his parents, Sherwood Archibald Chamberlain and Christine Mary Carter Chamberlain. He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Kami) and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher (Nikki), Coleman and Olivia; and his great grandchild Camden.
