He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillard Lusk and Emily Lusk; his wife Frances Johnson Lusk; and his sons, Randall Edward and Wendell Hugh Lusk.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Whitmire (Tim) of Tamassee, SC, Sherrie McJunkin (Mark) of Westminster, SC and Sandra McCurry (Troy) of West Union, SC.; his grandsons, Ben Whitmire, Brock Lusk, Travis McCurry, Scott McCurry and Taylor Lusk; and his great grandchildren, Aeryn Whitmire, William Whitmire, Annabelle Lusk, Harrison Lusk, Tyler McCurry, Adaline McCurry, SJ McCurry and Magnolia McCurry.
