It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronnie Poole Sr. (Salley, South Carolina), who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Mae Parler Poole and Brice Poole; his grandson Cody Kyzer; and his siblings, Blain Henison Poole, Sr., Brice Lanier Poole and Helen Rawls.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Poole; his children, Robin Kyzer (Mike Kyzer), Sabrina Romero (Juan Romero) and Ronnie Glenn Poole Jr. (Melissa Poole); his grandchildren, Shane Kyzer (Tabitha Kyzer), Alexandra Kyzer, Joshua Holmes, Veronica Stafford (Shaun Stafford), Jason Holmes (Zayna Holmes), Amanda Poole, Gracie Poole, Brandi Gardener and Brittney Kyzer; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Poole and Kathy Pilot. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rocky Grove Baptist Church (332 Rocky Grove Rd, Salley, SC 29137). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Ronnie's memory be made to Rocky Grove Baptist Church – Ramp Ministry.
